But to keep it simple....
WINE CHARMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
The only exception to this rule is if we send you completely the wrong item. In example if you order "Cats" and we sent "Dogs", then it would be completely understandable to return them. However, if you order cats and received cats but it wasn't in time for your party or you changed your mind or whatever, or some of the charms have been changed from the photo, then NO they are not returnable. This includes custom orders as well.
We have been in business since 1998 and have sold over 1 million charms. Our packaging is beautiful, our charms are beautiful and our shipping is free, to keep our prices as low as possible there is no returns.
