About 9 months ago I tried repeatedly to get a hold of them via phone and email and never connected so I thought they were out of business. The phone number was out of service and they never responded to repeated emails so I was afraid to place an order on-line. Then about 2 months ago I tried again as there was a new number on the website. They answered the phone and said they were never out of business. They were very nice and told me how to best order a custom set. I ordered 4 sets on-line without any problems. Although my order came much later than they had said and after I was already billed for it on my credit card, I was overall very satisfied with the order. There were two charms that were incorrect however and despite weeks of calling and leaving messages as well several emails, they never called me back or emailed me back. I finally gave up. This is the only company where you can custom order wine charms which is great but their customer service is awful.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I've been having such a hard time getting in touch with a customer service representative even though they provide a number for faster and better service. paid extra for express shipping and have not received confirmation that the order has been sent yet. I placed the order 1 week ago. No one returns my calls or emails.
