 Orders do not always go out the same day they are ordered,
please consider this when choosing your shipping method.
Free Shipping:
Order + Processing + Shipping = approx. 7-9 days
Simply look for the 
logo to enjoy free shipping on items throughout the store.
This means your items will
be shipped as cost efficently as possible. Many times wine charms are
shipped in an padded envelope. This could lead to some distortion to
the outer box. The contents will be fine, but if you are giving wine
charms as a gift, you may want to consider paying for shipping as we
then ship in a hard box. It usually takes approx. 3-5 days to receive your order. This time begins once the order leaves our warehouse.
Priority Mail:
Order + Processing + Shipping = approx. 5-7 days
If you choose Priority mail, your charms will be shipped in a hard box. Priority mail generally takes 2-3 days to ship coast to coast. This time begins once the order leaves our warehouse. We are located in Seattle, WA so if you are on the East Coast you should receive it within 3 days (including Saturday). Holidays and Sundays do not count and sometimes holidays can clog up the mail system and add additional days. We see this around Christmas time when Priority mail can take up to 10 days.
UPS:
Order + Processing + Shipping = see below
Another shipping method we offer is UPS. You can choose from Overnight to Three-Day Service. Days are counted as Business days when determining your shipping time. However, there is also order processing time on our end, that can add a day or two. We do however, take note for people who have chosen an expedited means of shipping and do move them to the front of the list for processing, but you can't always count on that when figuring your time.
For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday & choose UPS 2nd Day, you can plan on having it by Thursday or Friday.
Canadian Shipping:
Order + Processing + Shipping = approx. 12-18 days
We ship to all of Canada. We ship using Global Prioty mail as well as UPS. Global Priority can take up 2 weeks to receive due to customs. You are resonsible for all fees and duties.
Holidays and Sundays do not count
and sometimes holidays can clog up the mail system and add additional
days. We see this around Christmas time when mail service can take up
to 10 additional days.
International Shipping:
Order + Processing + Shipping = Can take up to 18-21days
We ship to many countires. We ship using Global Prioty mail. Global Priority can take up 3-4 weeks to receive due to customs.It usually doesn't take that long but we have to give worse case scenerio. You
are resonsible for all fees and duties.

Now for the fine print....
Transit time
Shipments are made by UPS or mail from our warehouse in Maple Valley, WA.
The above diagram shows the typical transit time by UPS. US mail is
normally faster. Days are business days from when we ship your order,
and do not include weekend or holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas. Please add 1
- 2 working days from when you place your orders for us to process,
package and ship it.
We ship most orders via United States Postal Service (www.usps.com) unless otherwise
requested. Very light orders less than 1 lbs are almost always shipped by first class mail.
We strive to ship within two business days. Sometimes a delay will
occur if we are out of stock or if it is something we normally don't
have already made in stock i.e. large orders and custom orders. Other items that do list shipping
time on their specific web pages i.e custom charms. In this case, special orders will
ship when specified at time of your quote. Expedited orders only will be notified
of any delays.
UPS does not deliver on the weekends unless you order special Saturday
delivery at extra cost. Please contact us to arrange this.
