Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
  We offer FREE shipping on all wine charm orders. Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. This means your items will be shipped as cost efficently as possible. Many times wine charms are shipped in an padded envelope. This could lead to some distortion to the outer box. The contents will be fine, but if you are giving wine charms as a gift, you may want to consider paying for shipping as we then ship in a hard box.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  While all sales are final on wine charms, if we have made an error in your shipping we will honor a return.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Although we will post your credit in this time frame, your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your account. If after the alloted time you still have not seen a credit, please either contact our offices or your credit card company prior to filing a dispute. Any erroneous disputes filed, will be charged a $25.00 fee by VRC Co.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. While all wine charm orders are non-returnable, if we have shipped you the wrong product we will correct the situation at once.

However, we reserve the right to alter package content without prior notice. We try to keep our website accurate but suppliers may alter designs or discontinue certain charms. If a charm or bead shipped from our supplier is no longer available or of slightly different design, we will alter depicted designs with said item in order to maintain the common theme of each package. This does not qualify as a "wrong product" and can not be returned.

What is your return policy?
  For sanitary purposes wine charms are non-returnable. All wine charm sales are FINAL.
We adhere strictly to this policy. If you do not agree with our "All Sales Final" policy regarding the wine charms, please do not order from us.

In the event that we send you the wrong product, please notify us at once and we will issue a call tag and replace the product immediately.
When will my order ship?
  While we make every effort to ship orders right away, not all orders will ship same day. During the holidays orders may be up to 5 business days out. Once your order actually ships, it can take up to 10 days to reach you. Generally it takes approx. 4 days to go from coast to coast. Again this can fluctuate greatly around the holidays.

Before calling to inquire about your order, please  see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
